What to Expect at TJClimbing Sessions!

This past Saturday, we hosted our second group climbing session in Crystal City at the Movement Gym. We welcomed many new students, and got to see some familiar faces too. 


To start off the session, we conducted a group warmup at the bouldering walls, making sure everyone was ready to climb. With new climbers joining us, we also revisited the basics of falling–a skill which can be challenging at first but everyone got the hang of it in the end.


Students had the freedom to climb in most areas and got the chance to try all different difficulty levels. As a challenge, we started to create our own climbs in order to practice in a different dynamic.


The day was filled with fun as climbers supported one another and offered tips when needed. We wrapped up the group climbing session with a photo together, and some food at Pentagon City Mall.
